- 6 boneless pork chops ( 1/2 inch thick)
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 tbs canola oil. * I used olive as that is what I had*
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 can ( 11 oz/ ) mandarin oranges, drained
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 tsp all spice
- 1/4 tsp paprika
add the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes or until meat thermometer reaches 160.
