- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 4 slices of sourdough or challah bread
- 1/2 pound of deli tuna salad* I just made my own tuna salad*
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg beaten
- 2 tbs butter
Combine milk and egg in shallow bowl. Stir until well blended.
Dip sandwiches in egg mixture, turning to coat well.
Melt butter in large nonstick skillet over med heat. Add sandwiches, cook 4 to 5 minutes per side or until cheese melts.
