- 1 can condensed Broccoli cheese soup
- 3/4 cup half and half or milk
- 3 fresh plum tomato's, coarsely chopped. About 1 cup. Or 4 canned plum tomatoes, drained and coarsely chopped
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh basil leaves, or 1 tsp dried basil
- 3 cups hot cooked fettuccine
Pour over fettuccine; toss gently to coat. Garnish with sliced fresh plum tomato and fresh basil sprig, if desired.
