Chili


With the craziness of the day I decided to make * Slow-Cooked Chili. This chunky chili can cook for up to 10 hours on low in the slow cooker.  Not much to it really..  2 pounds of sausage..  can use ground beef*  32 ounces of kidney beans drained and rinsed.  29 ounces of diced tomatoes undrained, 8 ounces of tomato sauce, onions, peppers, 2 cloves of minced garlic,chili powder and I put in chopped red peppers.  * more or less depending on how spicy you would like it*  You don't have to chop the onions and peppers small.  Corn bread added the finishing touches. Yummy...Had just enough left over for hubby to take to work for lunch.
