Marinated Chuck Steak with Idaho Potato Salad




Oh a cold snowy Friday I decided a walk down summer lane was in order. Taking a 1 inch chuck steak and marinating it with a mixture of water, onion, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce,rice vinegar, lemon juice, spicy mustard and steak seasonings for the day.   While that was going I made potato salad.

This salad was made with potato's, cucumber, hard boiled eggs, red onion , dill pickle mixed with mayo and pickle juice as the dressing.  Fresh ground pepper added before serving.
 And a salad and corn and there you have it.. a summer cookout!
