Old fashioned creamed tuna in toast cups

As good as this might sound. I don't believe I will be making it again *l*.. You butter crust less bread and put them in muffin tins. Toast in a 400 degree oven for 12 minutes.  While that is toasting in the oven... melt butter in a saucepan and then add flour to make a smooth paste. Add two cups milk and stir until thick and smooth. Take off the heat and add two cans of tuna.  Stir in pepper.  Take the toast and set into a bowl  and spoon mixture over. Served with peas on the side...  and a salad.. Salad was the best thing.. *l*
